If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, alone, or frustrated, you don’t have to face it on your own. Life can sometimes feel difficult to navigate, particularly when thoughts and emotions become overwhelming or when you feel that you’re struggling to be heard or understood.
As a psychological therapist, I believe that you already hold many of the answers you need within you. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, better understand what may be contributing to your difficulties, and begin to identify the changes you would like to make.
My own experiences have given me a deep understanding of how valuable the right support can be. They have shaped my approach to counselling and strengthened my belief in the importance of feeling genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. I bring this understanding, alongside my professional experience, to help you navigate your own journey at a pace that feels right for you.
Throughout my work, I have supported people from a wide range of backgrounds and with a variety of experiences. This includes working with LGBT+ communities, exploring identity and the impact of suppressing emotions over time, as well as supporting military personnel, veterans, frontline NHS staff, and their families. I understand that the challenges we face can affect both our personal and professional lives, and I offer a space where these experiences can be explored openly and without judgement.
Whether you are experiencing a specific difficulty or simply feel that something in your life needs to change, I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re going through and work towards a greater sense of clarity, confidence, and wellbeing.
I am a qualified and registered counsellor, and I currently have no waiting list. If you feel ready to take the next step, I would be pleased to hear from you.
